Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Private pay is an option that eliminates the requirement to share your personal health information with a third party and can be on par with the costs of out-of-network deductible and co-pays, if you choose. Benefits include:
Fees & Payment
Fees are determined on an insurance, fee-for-service and sliding scale basis. Fees will be determined before we meet for our initial session. For many this is mostly covered by your insurance. If you are in need of sliding scale please let us know at the time of your phone call.
Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment Co-pays and Fee for Service will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session. Or, you may pay by cash or check at time of service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee to compensate your therapist for this lost appointment time.
When booking online, please provide us your desired booking time with your insurance provider and member ID so that we may check your benefits.
