No Surprise, Surprise Act Jan. 1, 2022

This Act requires that if you do not have health insurance, receive out of network services, or choose not to use health insurance, you have federally protected rights to receive notification regarding a good faith estimate and balance billing.

​Fees & Payment

Fees are determined on an insurance, fee-for-service and sliding scale basis.  Fees will be determined before we meet for our initial session. For many, this is mostly covered by your insurance. If you are in need of sliding scale, please let us know at the time of your initial phone call.

Cash/checks/credit and debit cards
are accepted for payment Co-pays and Fee for Service will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session. You may also opt to pay by cash or check at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee to compensate your therapist for this lost appointment time.
