As we all adjust to our 'new normal' working from home, studying and learning online and caring for and connecting with loved ones from a distance, your mental health remains a priority at Willamette Valley. We are now offering secure Teletherapy appointments on a HIPAA approved video platform. To help reduce the threat of COVID-19, Willamette Valley is closely monitoring the situation and has been implementing the health and wellness guidelines from The Oregon Health Authority and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - practicing social distancing, maintaining daily office hygiene, and providing Teletherapy. |

The Teletherapy video technology is easy to use, and an effective way to stay in touch with your therapist. It is HIPAA compliant, with no additional cost.
If you are a current client, we request that you communicate with your therapist about Teletherapy as an option. For new clients please make this request during your initial phone call or online booking request and our Office Manager will schedule you with the appropriate therapist and help you set up your Teletherapy appointment.

Insurance Coverage and TeleTherapy
- For clients who are self-pay or have MODA, or Pacific Source insurances, Teletherapy is confirmed as a covered service!
- For clients with all other insurances, including Providence, United Health, United Healthcare, Regence, Samaritan, Blue Cross Blue Shield/HMA, Aetna, etc., insurance, Teletherapy may need to be confirmed in advance. We can help you with this process.
